Outfitting a short-term rental is different from a long-term rental. In person or virtual we would determine the layout and design appropriate for a short-term rental with a high turnover rate.

We review the data points that we consider to be most important for effective management of your listings. Some of these variables factor into Airbnb’s algorithm: communication response times, reviews/reputation, individual review criteria, replies to reviews, image quality, completeness of listing information and frequency of updates to a listing to name some. There are also aspects of branding and perception of your listings amongst a sea of other listings entering the market with a low barrier to entry. As a host, you need to put yourself in the shoes of your guest every step of the way.
